The ICF defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." Sessions are typically around 60 to 90 minutes long and are an opportunity to work together to optimise your personal and professional capacity, exploring and addressing goals, aspirations and obstacles, to ultimately improve performance and wellbeing. This can be in the private arena and equally in the occupational arena through employers and groups.
My particular fields of interest include neuropsychological and somatic coaching, although my aim as I build experience is to master an eclectic approach that incorporates all models and methods of coaching depending on the needs of each individual client.
Due to Covid-19, all coaching sessions are currently held online via Zoom, Go-to-Meetings, Microsoft Teams or FaceTime. Once lockdown restrictions ease, in-person sessions can be held in South West London.
