What is Executive Coaching?

The ICF defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential". 

Sessions are around 60-90 minutes long and are an opportunity to work together to optimise your potential, explore and address your goals and aspirations, and overcome any obstacles and limiting beliefs, ultimately to improve your sense of wellbeing.

My Approach

I coach individuals who are striving for better professional and personal harmony. A former business and start-up consultant of several years, I've met some amazing individuals and worked with many entrepreneurs and business owners.

I take an eclectic and person-centred approach to coaching, 

Neuropsychology & Somatic Coaching 

Neuropsychology seeks to understand the relationship between our brain and our behaviour. The field takes learnings from neuroscience around the brain and nervous system and applies this to behaviour and cognitive functioning.

 

In a similar way, somatic psychology pairs a person’s mental wellness with their physical functioning, taking into account a multitude of underlining factors including diet, hydration, exercise, sleep hygiene and more.

 

In coaching, this includes enabling individuals to explore the impact of their lifestyle choices and habits on their mind, body, self identity and model of the world.
