The ICF defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." Sessions are typically around 60 to 90 minutes long and are an opportunity to work together to optimise your personal and professional potential, exploring and addressing goals, aspirations and obstacles, to ultimately improve performance and wellbeing. This can be in the private arena and equally in the occupational arena through employers and groups.
My particular coaching style includes neuropsychological and somatic coaching, although I do aim to deliver an eclectic experience that incorporates all models and methods of coaching depending on the needs of each individual client.
All coaching sessions are currently held online.
